ALBA HAUS in Allschwil

A commercial building with flexible use is being built on the Baselinkareal D4 site in Allschwil. The building structure consists of a reinforced concrete construction cast in in-situ concrete in a slab/column design.
In the first construction phase, the building was constructed with 4 upper floors and a first floor with a building height of 20 meters.
In a second construction phase, the building will be extended to a total height of 40 m with floors 5 to 9.
The building will have walk-on balconies all around.

The project
Rytz AG is realizing the façade in mullion/transom construction with doors and windows as well as revolving and sliding doors.
The contract includes planning, production and assembly.
