In order to meet the space requirements of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Department of “Life Sciences and Facility Management”, the Reidbach campus is being expanded with a new building on the TUWAG site in Wädenswil.
Project
Rytz AG realizes the facade consisting of a post and beam facade on the ground floor of 850m2 including 5 pcs. Folding doors and 2 pcs. Double wing doors. The facade from the 1st to the 4th floor will be executed as a ventilated facade cladding. This facade area is 1820m2. There will be 174 pcs. Window elements with sun protection system will be installed. 2 pcs. Canopies with 60m2 floor plan complete the facade.
